5 ways to love your self

Hello everyone so today I am going to be talking about 5 different ways to love on yourself. This is something that I think every girl and man should do. So lets jump right in and get started. ( if only you could hear me talking this out right now.)

1. Schedule time for you this is a big one just take at least 5 minuets to be with you. To regroup and just Be. I think this is important to do you don't have to go and have a entire spa day to yourself. You could sit in your room, go for a drive , or even go to the ocean and sit.

2. Listen to your compliments this is something I feel a lot of people struggle with I know I do a lot. Someone comes over and tells you "you are beautiful" or "you are a amazing person". You say thank you and move on but I think its a good thing to take that in and stop and say yes I am a beautiful or person or yeah I kind of am amazing. Take the compliment and realize it.


3. Know your limits and learn to say no this is something I feel like I struggled with for a long time. I remember this one time where I had just started working and was assisting in a salon I was there all day which I was not used to. I got a text message from a  friend of mine asking me to babysit her two kids and I battled in my break room if I should say yes or no. Finally I just said yes because I felt bad and didn't want her to not have a babysitter. That night I was so aggravated at everything because I was just simply tired. I should have said sorry no its been a long day for me I need to rest. So just stop and know what you can take and what you cant take and say NO if you have to.


4. Create a list of things you do well and read it often I love this idea. Make a list of 5 or 10 things that you do great that you are the best at. Take 20 minuets to just think about the things that your good at in every aspect of your life. This will defiantly be a confidence booster for you .

5.  Smile at everyone  this will do a lot to help you love yourself. For me when I am making others happy I make myself happy. You lift people up you lift yourself up as well. try this for a day and see what it can do for you.

Back to School outfits

Ciao my lovely readers so today we are going to be talking about back to school ! When I was in high school I always hated having to go back but the one thing I did love about going back was the shopping. I loved shopping for school clothes and putting together outfits and looking cute my first week ! So I have planned for you a week worth of outfit ideas for you all to try out. So lets get started.

Monday : Comfy But Cute

So its the First day and you want to look cute but you also want to look like your not trying too hard so a t-shirt dress is the perfect option. I love striped t-shirt dresses and I threw in the pink necklace to add that pop of color and to make it fun. I love love these shoes and think ankle boots are going to be awesome this fall ! And of course a back pack for all those papers you will be carrying around as well as books.

Tuesday: Boho Chic

I LOVE this outfit this is something I would wear like every day. I think that its kind of cute and casual but its still put together for school . I love the color of the shirt and the bagginess of the cardigan gives it a boho feel to the outfit. I also love the white ripped jeans and think you can defiantly wear them after labor day !

Wednesday: Comfy Casual

So I know that my the middle of the school week I am completely burnt out I am so tired and just want summer to be back. So I came up with a outfit that just lets you be comfy! leggings are my go to comfy pants. You also can never go wrong with a muscle tee just add a Bralette under and you will be good to go. I know some of you cant wear hats in school but if you can defiantly wear one it brings the outfit Together. And finish this look with a cute pair of white converse.

Thursday: Lace all the way

This outfit is so cute for a hot school day. With the lace shorts you are still put together. I love the blue necklace and that it adds color to this look. I have to say that this is one of my favorite outfits.

Friday : Dressed up Comfy

This is so cute to me! I love the color of the maxi skirt it makes the look POP. I also know sometimes you cant wear like small straps so I added in the jean vest and I think it gave this really casual vibe to look instead of being dressed up. I added the heel because I think its ok to wear a little heel to school and this one isn't that big. The thing I love about this outfit is after school you are ready to go and hang out with your friends or go on a date and you wont need to change !

Hello everyone How is it going today I am going to be doing a post about the 10 things you didn't know about me ! This post will let you know a little bit more about me and get us nice and close !

1. Who do you secretly want to be friends with ?

The one person that I would want to be friends with is TAYLOR SWIFT !! this is no secret to my close family and friends but I love Taylor she is so down to earth and just loves giving back to everyone and I love her songs.

2. If you could choose anywhere in the world to live where would it be ?
 I think that if I was going to live somewhere in the states I would go to Alabama or Georgia  but if I was going out of the country I would go to somewhere like London or Paris.

3. Do you have any hidden talents?
I do not have any hidden talents I wish I did I can cut hair and do color but that's about all I can do .

4.  Are you a pessimist or a optimist ?
 I think that I would be a little bit of both I like to see the good in things but at the same time I can get down on things and not believe in something if that makes sense .

5. Who was the last person that texted you ?
My mother !

6. Were you named after anyone ?
Not really we like to say that I was named after axel rose because my name is Alexia Rose but that's not true .

7. what's your favorite movie ? \
This is a tough one I have so many favorites I love the twilights but I also love a walk to remember i just have so many favorite ones!

8. who is your hero?
hmm i don't know aid have to say the women in my family as well as Jesus he's always my hero.

9. What song sums you up ?
One of the songs I feel I really get and relate to is This is home. even though i haven't gone through a lot of what the song sings about I feel that I just get it ! Check him out !

 

 

10. What is your dream career ?

 

I am already in my dream career i love hair dressing and i love making people feel beautiful. I also just got a job being a nanny  and that as well is one of my dream jobs I love kids so its perfect.
